AVAILABLE POSITIONS
Registration & Badge Check
Welcome attendees, scan tickets, distribute badges, and answer general questions. Great for outgoing personalities.
Panel & Events Support
Manage panel room lines, assist with A/V setup, coordinate Q&A sessions, and ensure events run on schedule.
Guest Services & Green Room
Assist celebrity guests and their handlers, manage autograph lines, coordinate photo op sessions. Requires professionalism and discretion.
Gaming Tournament Staff
Run gaming tournaments, manage brackets, troubleshoot equipment, and keep the freeplay area organized.
Cosplay Contest & Props
Help run the cosplay contest, manage the prop check station, coordinate photo meetups, and assist with the repair station.
Wayfinding & Information
Stationed at key locations to help attendees navigate the venue, answer questions, and provide directions to panels and attractions.
APPLY TO VOLUNTEER
Volunteers must be at least 16 years old (16-17 year olds require a signed parental consent form). We ask for a minimum commitment of two 4-hour shifts over the weekend. You’ll be able to select your preferred shifts and positions after acceptance.
